Hi, Ryan, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm so sorry to hear that you were not happy with your Hubble experience. I would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further so I sent you an email to further assist you on this. Thanks and stay safe! Best, Cristy
No vuelvo a comprarlas

Did not get on with these lenses. Tried using them for a while and my eyes never adjusted to them and I found them to be very dry and uncomfortable and fell out a lot and they also tore quite easily and got pieces stuck in my eye many times. After seeing the reviews I am not surprised that over a quarter of them are bad. Also tried to get the subscription cancelled for a long time, had to close my bank account in the end as the company were uncontactable. Would never purchase again. Poor lense quality and even poorer customer service! Only thing I can’t fault was delivery time 🤷🏽♂️

Hi, Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m sorry to hear that you have had some trouble cancelling your subscription and the lenses feel dry on your eyes. You may find that over-the-counter rewetting drops may be a relief for dryness, if it doesn’t work, please visit your eye care professional to evaluate the cause and determine the best way to increase your contact lens wearing comfort. We also want to look into your account you may also send us an email to [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: TRUSTPILOT" and we can look into this for you! Thank you! Best, Cristy
Major scam! Had to call them to cancel it and the guy said he could only “pause my account until January of next year” and refused to cancel it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They will take your money and won’t give it back. I’m just lucky my account doesn’t have enough in it to make the transaction go through… HORRIBLE!

Hi Ali, Hope all is well! Thank you for leaving us a review and for sharing your experience. We are so sorry to hear that you have an unpleasant experience with us but hopefully I will be able to help you out on this. It seems like Hubble is not working great for you resulting into this cancellation that you have made which we totally respect. As a company who sells a product that's vital to a persons day to day needs, and is involve in it's overall health, we really don't force customers to stay with us, if someone is not happy or for any reason they wanted to cancel an account we totally do so right away. We do offer skipping options because we want to give alternatives to customers that just need a break from the subscription but we definitely don't force it especially if our lenses doesn't work for you. As for getting charge and not processing a refund, this is part of our policy since we deal with medical devices and we unfortunately don't accept returns. You may cancel anytime via phone call or email to avoid any unwanted charges. We would like to investigate what happen since you've mention that one of our customer service rep refused to cancel your account, and we definitely don't tolerate behaviors like that so please send us an email at [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trustpilot" so we can cancel your account and reprimand anyone who's not following company protocols. Thank you for leaving this feedback and have a good day! Sincerely, Cynthia
I wouldn’t even give them 1 star bloody rip off company well you can’t even call them a company tbh !! Refused a refund even though I had cancelled the subscription, my eyes felt dry and sore after using there contact lenses. They said I shouldn’t have opened the shipping box the contact lenses were in but how do you suppose to know what’s inside the box ! I hadn’t opened the contact lenses at all why should I they’re crap Please be careful with this company. They have taken money from my account and won’t refund !!

Hi Debbie, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and sharing your honest opinion about us. We totally understand the frustration and I am hoping I will be able to assist you with the best I can. I am sad that Hubble did not work out, but we can assure you that it's very easy to cancel with us, if you have a hard time reaching us via phone, you may always email us. And the reason why we asked customers not to open the shipping box it's because these are medical devices and is very prone to being damage when it's shipped. We have a free box for customers to try out so they would know if lenses would work or not so when you forgot to cancel before being charge, you know already what's coming. But we totally acknowledge what you are feeling towards our policy because situations like this do happen. I would like to apologize if we would not be able to process a refund for an open package since we have policies as well that we have to follow and this is all stated on our terms of service. We do appreciate the honest feedback and though this is not a positive one, this would be a great help to the company to review some of the policies we have. Sincerely, Cynthia

¡Muchísimas gracias por tu comentario Karla! Nos encanta saber que estás contenta con nuestras lentillas :) Un saludo, Pedro.
I have been waiting 2 months for a refund despite sending back the contacts. I contacted Hubble the same day of using my trial contacts to tell them they were not the right prescription as I could not see out of them therefore asked to cancel my subscription, receive another full pack that charged me £27. So of course they were sent back, but still awaiting my refund!
