I was supposed to have had a shipment on the way on August 26. I never got a message stating they have been shipped or arrived. What happened?

Response from Hubble Contacts· Sep 3, 2026
Hi Michelle, we’re sorry for the delay and understand how frustrating it is to be expecting an order and not receive any shipping or delivery updates. To make things right, a member of our customer service team has issued a replacement order for the undelivered contacts. As an additional thank-you for your patience, we’ve also issued a complimentary extra box of contacts. You can expect the replacement shipment to arrive within 8 business days. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding! Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team
I love Hubble. I used another online contact company for years and couldn’t trust that they’d deliver my contacts ever. Hubble has been such a relief. From ease of order, ease of subscription, great pricing, fast and reliable shipping. Everything is perfect and has made my life easier!
