The rear tires are flat on one side. there is no phone number to call to report the damage. Additionally, Website states 3-5 days for shipping. I received the order 17 days after ordering.

Love it!!! Nice and small, fits in trunk. Great!! Easy directions to put some pieces together. Arrived as advertised. Quick delivery. Love the speed, weight and ease of driving.

Delivery was quick. I would like to suggest better instructions for assembly. The inductions that came in the box were a bit confusing. I had to YouTube instructions from other customers.

Ordered place Oct 3rd Following up on the shipment or lack of one To date I have still have not received my shipment.

Ad stated I would receive my scooter within 3-5 days. It's been 16 days and it's still not here. I wanted to have it before my family got here from out of state so we could go places, as I have severe arthritis and can barely walk. They are leaving tomorrow and I wasn't able to do anything with them at all. Sent many emails and was put off constantly saying they would check on it and never responded with a date untill I posted my disappointment on a facebook ad and someone actually emailed me and said it would be here next Tuesday. That remains to be seen...
