SCAM!!!!!!!!!

jacket was “lost in transit”, company said to file a claim with the bank but couldn’t get my money back. apparently my money is “suspended” within the website’s pay method so they don’t have to refund.

Ordered a leather jacket a month ago now. Never recieved the product of even a shipping confirmation and I cannot find a way to get in touch with customer service.

I received an order confirmation and nothing more. No shipping notice, no jacket, no updates. And no way to figure out what happened to my order on the website. Oh, but they did send a request that I review them!

Ordered a hoodie with the logo “Supersonic” from the brand Enrage - I thought I would receive an original because it was expensive…. and it’s not even anything close to the original or photo they used! Now they’re not answering on email now that I want my money back… THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!
