Service was good. Buying was an easy experience. Shipping took a full week, but I’m on the opposite side of the country so I totally understand that, not to mention that i got a shipping notification within 36 hours.

Sometimes plants sell faster that they'll grow....In the meantime we have informed you about our new stock.
Beautiful plant! My loved it for Mother’s Day!

happy to hear, thank you
Both of my plans arrived in excellent condition. They are healthy and as described. I purchased the heat pack because our temperatures have been really low in the northeast, and it kept them in great shape. Very happy with the quality, and the ordering process.

Terrible customer service, doesn’t answer emails at all, won’t provide accurate tracking information

Dear Alyssa, We are sorry to hear that you are upset about our performence. We have explained the (cold weather) situation to you and offered you a suitable solution which you accepted. (sometimes it takes a little longer to gather info and to respond)
I ordered 3 plants, 2 of which were Calatheas, which are notoriously finicky. All 3 plants were super healthy and beautiful. I live in New Mexico so I've had trouble with plants not adjusting well to the dry climate but all 3 have done great so far!

Dear Kristine, We have explained the situation in our various emails to you and apologized for it. As you know we are working vigorously to find a solution and make you a happy customer again.
Beautiful plants! The heat pack that I ordered, was not in the box so when it was 22 degrees when it arrived I was worried. So far the plants look good, I’ll continue to keep an eye on the alocasia during this next week. Shipped quickly!
