Charged 7 weeks ago still not delivered
Charged for order on August 29th…. Still have not received order. They are still sending marketing emails advertising discounts yet have yet to deliver. First inquiry they stated it would ship within the week. That was in September. Their response was to my second inquiry was to offer to refund but no idea of when it would ship out. I have ordered from them in the past and never had this problem. Disappointing.
