I usually wouldn't leave a review like this, but I feel I have to share my experience. I'm very disappointed with this company for scamming me out of my $2,500 deposit. The leads they provided were full of errors—many phone numbers didn't belong to the clients, and most of the clients were already working with other agents. To make things worse, they offered a credit equal to what they owe me, claiming I didn't qualify for a refund. When I refused, they told me I wouldn't get my money back, only a credit. Because of the false information they supplied, I wouldn’t accept their credit. This company is dishonest, and I warn you to be careful—don't let them scam you like they did me. I also plan to report them to the BBB.

At the time of your sign-up, you were provided with an addendum that outlined the refund conditions in full. These conditions were reviewed again with you, and a copy of the agreement along with a complete account audit was sent. Unfortunately, none of the conditions for a direct refund were met. That said, your account still qualifies for a refund through closings, as was confirmed in your recent conversation with our support team on 9/29. To support you in reaching that outcome, we offered you a credit option, either to continue generating additional opportunities or to apply toward HouseJet+ features, ensuring you still receive the full value of your investment. We remain committed to helping you succeed and to working with you toward closings that will not only qualify your account for a refund but also deliver a return on your investment.
Sending leads that are nowhere in my area. Basically a fool's errand. The leads that do come through in my area are 100% junk.

We’d like to clarify that HouseJet’s system generates leads based on the targeting parameters and coverage areas that are reviewed and agreed upon at sign-up. When leads appear outside of your preferred location, it’s typically because the coverage selected is broader than the immediate zip codes requested, which was outlined during onboarding. Additionally, while not every lead will be ready to transact immediately, our training and follow-up systems are designed to help agents convert interest into appointments and eventual closings. Many of our partners see success by fully implementing these processes. If you’d like us to revisit your targeting settings or provide additional support on maximizing lead quality, our team would be glad to walk through everything with you.
My HouseJet experience has been exceptionally positive! In an increasingly difficult real estate marketplace, partnering with companies who specialize in coming alongside hard working agents can be like throwing the dice. In this case, I've found the HouseJet team well equipped in partnering with those of us in the field, with the tools, training, follow-up,and responsiveness needed to succeed in finding, nurturing, and converting those looking to buy, sell, and invest in today's real estate market.

Everything is smooth so far and it's a all-in-one system. I'm about to go live so will send a updated review. The tools are all here and the system seems to be streamlined and very clean and professional.

After a year with Housejet, my experience was positive. Customer service helped get everything set up & there is online training on their system. I did not close a deal, but there are a few promising prospects in the pipeline that should convert soon!
