I am BEYOND pleased with my purchases from Houlte!! I am currently working on a renovation for a client and all of the items I ordered, came in properly packaged, in a VERY timely manner, and most importantly, the quality is top notch!

Took a little longer to deliver than anticipated. The quality of this modular cabinet exceeds what others I’ve experienced and once set up creates timeless charm in our front room. Strongly recommended others explore this manufacturer.

I've never written a product review but felt compelled to for Houlte in the hope that the feedback helps them improve and that another consumer doesn't have the same experience. I'll summarize (TL:DR) first and then provide more detail below. Summary: I ordered an item that showed as in stock/ready to ship, over a week later I was told it was in production and would be delayed another few weeks, and then got a final communication from the company that the item was backordered and that I'd be better off canceling or ordering something different. The most frustrating part of this experience was their customer service which was scarcely responsive and did not provide accurate information. First, I was that that their inventory team hadn't updated IT so the website did not have the most up to date information. Then, when I pushed for an actual ship date (close to 2 weeks after I'd already ordered and paid for the item), I was informed that it was out of stock. It's worth noting that the website still shows the item as in stock and ready to ship. You'd think they'd correct the issue as soon as it was discovered, but that still hasn't happened. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this company. While the pieces look beautiful, there are other more reliable alternatives. For the price, find something else.

Dear Alina, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused by the inventory delay and the communication issues surrounding your order. We completely understand how upsetting it must have been to place an order for an item listed as “in stock” and “ready to ship,” only to later receive conflicting updates regarding production delays and backorder status. We also recognize that the lack of timely and consistent communication from our team further impacted your confidence in the purchasing experience, and for that we are truly sorry. At HOULTE, we are continuously working to improve the accuracy of our inventory synchronization and website updates, especially for high-demand items. In some cases, inventory changes may not immediately reflect online due to production scheduling and system update delays, but we fully understand that this does not excuse the confusion and inconvenience caused to our customers. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding our customer service experience. Your comments have been shared internally with both our operations and support teams as we continue improving response times, inventory transparency, and overall communication throughout the ordering process. While we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations, we genuinely appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we need to do better. If you would still be open to discussing your order further, our team would be more than happy to assist directly: Email: [email protected] Phone: +1 (720) 573-2705 WhatsApp: +1 (213) 270-4973 Best regards, HOULTE Customer Care
I really liked the product from this company 💛 The nightstand arrived quickly, the quality pleasantly impressed me, and it was easy and simple to assemble. I especially love that it’s made of real wood — it looks very stylish, sturdy, and high-quality 🤍

Loving the Sinclair Fluted Nightstand with marble top! It’s beautifully made, super sturdy, and has such a timeless look. Elegant enough for any space, yet still so functional with its three spacious drawers. The rounded edges and fluted detailing give it so much charm and character. And the best part? It arrives fully assembled — no setup required, which is a huge bonus! Definitely recommend Houlte!

Beautiful quality and great experience 🤍 I recently received my bathroom vanity from Houlte and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and design. The vanity looks even more beautiful in person — very modern, minimal, and well-made. It instantly made my bathroom feel brighter, cleaner, and more organized. The whole experience was smooth, from communication to delivery, and everything arrived carefully packaged. I also appreciate the attention to detail and functionality, especially the storage space and overall finish. Very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for stylish and high-quality home pieces ✨

Starting to believe this company is a scam. My order is over a month delayed & they won’t get back to me on the expected delivery. They won’t answer the phone, respond emails, or talk to a representative on their chat feature (although they say one is going to speak with you). Very disappointed for how expensive the furniture is. They keep all the reviews through TrustedPilot. I assume this is so they can monitor and control what stays on here. They also incentives customers to write a positive reviews on TrustedPilot which is illegal.
