I had a great experience ordering from this company. My order arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The quality was even better than I expected, and they had so many beautiful options to choose from. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!

A great company, the experience was superb. Throughout the entire process of choosing my beautiful lamp, they were there to help you with anything you needed, and I love my product.

I had a great experience with Houlte. The Cora Alabaster Ceiling Light is beautiful and looks even better in person. The natural stone gives it a unique, high-end look, and the light creates a warm and cozy feel in the room. I also really like the quality and attention to detail. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience.

Extremely poor business model. Purchased an item in May, yet no updates on the delivery date. It keeps getting pushed from May to June to July to August and now October. ridiculous! First of all, it is very difficult to get hold of Customer Service, next, if you are able to get a response by email then all you get is false assurances and ideas for alternative furniture piece in lieu of your original purchase ( if you want the delivery sooner) You never get any update if there’s any delay until you reach out to them. Would not recommend at all,

Response from Houlte· Aug 17, 2026
Dear Sukh, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the extended wait for your order. We completely understand how disappointing it is when an expected delivery timeline changes multiple times, especially when you have been looking forward to receiving your furniture for several months. Due to higher-than-anticipated order volumes, along with production scheduling and international shipping coordination, certain items have experienced longer lead times than originally expected. In these situations, our customer service team may also suggest comparable in-stock alternatives that can be delivered sooner. These suggestions are intended simply to provide customers with additional options when they prefer not to continue waiting for the original item. We also understand your frustration regarding the frequency of order updates. While our team has continued to follow the progress of your order, we recognize how important timely and clear communication is during an extended delay. Please rest assured that your original order remains active unless you choose an alternative option, and our team will continue following its progress. If you would like us to review the latest status or discuss the available options with you, please contact us directly: Email: [email protected] Phone: +1 (720) 573-2705 WhatsApp: +1 (213) 270-4973 We sincerely appreciate your patience and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience. Best regards, HOULTE Customer Care

I love my new cabinet. It was packed safely and looks great in my living room.

This furniture is not only beautiful, it is very well constructed. Real wood, heavy and solid. Comes assembled with minor details to screw on. So many compliments. I highly recommend.

Love the furniture piece; good quality, looks great, and easy to put together. The shipment took about a month for everything, but it worked out fine.
