Houfy makes it easy to find your next vacation. The listing gives accurate property description & reviews of property are useful. Contact with property owner is easy. We did have a slight mixup trying to make a payment but that could be because we are not used to your system. The owner was quick to offer a solution. Our vacation was great.

I loved booking through Houfy. The only things that I would suggest is that (1) when paying in two different installments, the second payment comes out automatically. Since it didn’t, I was off my email for the weekend and didn’t realize our second payment needed to be done manually. Luckily our host didn’t mind and I paid it ASAP. Also- I was not receiving notifications when messages from my host would come in. I had to manually check, and missed a couple. Otherwise, everything was great, and less fees than AIRBNB.

The added fees on other platforms have gotten insane. Thankful to find a platform where you can rent without extra fees.

It was easy to use all my information from another platform. I’m excited about using the platform more and that there are no fees. The only downside is not being able to do direct deposit to bank automatically without going through square (which charges a fee) or stripe. It could be that Stripe does too but I do not have an account.

I appreciate having a platform that makes fees and the like more transparent. I wish more rental properties were listed on Houfy as I would likely use the platform more as more STR owners adopt a platform that isn't so difficult to work with.
