We bought a cover for our 2016 Cal Spas. Chose foam upgrades in hopes that it would last longer. We're in LA, and delivery was smooth, they dropped it right by the garage, no issues. The vinyl looks sharp and feels like a solid upgrade from our old vinyl cover. It’s lightweight, well-made, and fits nice. For what we need this cover is spot-on. Definitely happy with the purchase!

Had to replace and old custom cover. Found this company online and the website walked me through step by step from colors and materials to how to measure. Very simple. I had a few questions and they were very quick to respond to my emails. Just received the cover last night and it is exactly as I ordered and the quality is better than I was expecting. Looking forward to it lasting me for many years. Customer service was elite.

The cover was a custom size and they nailed it. Well made and sturdy. Mike kept me up up date on the progress. Delivery guy brought it up to the house. Great guy, professional.

I love the spa cover they made. It’s well crafted and fit properly. The truck driver who delivered the box was hard to communicate with, gave me hard time, but I understand this is not their fault. Overall, good experience, I would recommend them

Company shipped a cover with the straps several inches too short and refused to send a replacement cover. Also this company is not Better Business Bureau or "BBB" accredited! After threatening litigation, the company refunded my purchase

A full refund was issued in the end, as we genuinely tried to make things right but couldn’t meet the very specific request. When you let us know the straps weren’t long enough, we sent you custom strap extenders — cut to the length and vinyl color you requested. Unfortunately, you weren’t happy with the buckle width, as you wanted something that matched a specific setup on your existing hot tub. At that point, it became clear we weren’t going to be able to meet your expectations, so we issued a refund to close things out fairly. We do appreciate your business and wish you the best going forward.
Cover started to get water logged within the first year. Their warranty is sketchy as you have to pay to ship the cover to them, and then they can deny your claim all while my outdoor tub has no cover. It's so waterlogged now on one side I cannot lift that side. Very unhappy with this purchase of 400 dollars.

This company does not stand behind there products the lid came in poorly made and seams mismatched I later found out they don't even make them they hand it off to different people around the country and claim they are not reposible. Poorly run company my guess its just a guy in his basement running it and ripping people off. Steer clear

Todd, I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience — that’s never what we want for our customers. We offered a fair solution, but you chose not to take it. Your spa cover fit perfectly and you told us you were happy with it. The issue was with the lifter not fitting your round spa. We offered to exchange it for one that would work — just asking you to cover return shipping. You chose to demand a refund and place blame. And we did our best to help. To clarify, we’re a fully established business with a dedicated team, not a one-man operation. Every order is built to spec, and we work closely with our manufacturing partners to uphold high quality standards.
Have not received the cover yet so can't comment yet on quality, disappointing part is time from order to delivery, 15 days so far and counting, shipping estimate 15 days, even after paying an additional $200 for shipping! If I'd known it was going to take this long would have gone elsewhere. Won't buy from again

Anthony, thank you for sharing your concerns. I'd like you to know we value your feedback and the opportunity to improve. Now, to the substance of your complaint. Our spa covers are custom-made to order, and that manufacturing process does take some time. On top of that, delivery is handled via LTL freight due to the size and weight of the product — which isn’t as fast or predictable as standard parcel shipping. We know this can be disappointing, especially when expectations don’t line up with actual delivery timelines. That’s why we’re currently building a tracking feature that will give customers a better idea of when to expect their shipment, right from the start. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best.
