I purchased a Laser Measure Pro, laser level, Pixel-Drive screwdriver, and electric scissors from here, and I’m extremely impressed with their quality, design, and performance—they truly exceeded my expectations. My only complaint is that customer support is quite slow.

OMG. Boy was I sucked in bought three of the items in a package deal the blower the pump and the screwdriver set. The blower and the pump broke down in the first and second week. I was asked to send a video which I did the more videos obviously a scam and refusing to give me a refund? Oh well, expensive lesson learnt

I bought the HOTO master pump. When it started failing during the warrenty period, I contacted the service department and they wanted a full videoof pumping to prove the mode of failure. Once I sent the video they stoped responding and ignored multiple emails. This company is a complete scam! AVOID!!!

Order placed on 30.11 - never received it. Avoid

purchased a HOTO Handheld Autocare Air Duster and Vacuum (order HOTO093996), which arrived on 27th November and was faulty and completely non-functional out of the box. I contacted customer service to request a refund and followed up with a second email, but I have received no response at all. As a customer, this is extremely disappointing — not only did I receive a defective product, but I’ve also been ignored when trying to resolve the issue. At this stage, I cannot recommend this company due to poor quality control and lack of customer support. I am still waiting for instructions on returning the item and receiving my refund.

Bought and received the HOTO car duster / vacuum. On the manual, it says, when fully charged, the lights stay on. Mine doesn’t. After awhile, the lights go off. So not sure if it fully charged. Another question about the usage is, ‘does the vacuum and blower work simultaneously at the same time? I have emailed customer service to get an answer but to no avail. Note/ the product was sent in a Jiffy bag and not boxed up for protection. Package received has a tear. I can imagine the package was thrown around during despatching and transit.
