HostKickerReviews of hostkicker.com

"I have been using Hostkicker to host my website, oolalaji.com, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the very beginning, the setup process was incredibly smooth and user-friendly. The server speeds are fantastic, which has significantly improved my site's loading times and overall visitor experience. What really stands out about Hostkicker is their exceptional uptime and reliability—my website is always live without any annoying hiccups. On top of that, their customer support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with any technical questions. If you're looking for a reliable and high-performance hosting provider, I highly recommend Hostkicker. They've been a fantastic partner in keeping oolalaji.com running flawlessly!"

I am disappointed with my support experience with HostKicker Workplace. I encountered a technical issue with my hosting/email service and provided the support team with detailed technical information, including cPanel logs and error messages. Despite providing sufficient information for investigation, I did not receive a clear, definitive technical solution. The biggest concern is their support process. They have a Tawk.to chat widget, but when contacting the chat agents, I was repeatedly told to log in to my account and raise a support ticket. Therefore, the live chat appears to function mainly as a way to redirect customers to the ticket system rather than providing meaningful technical assistance. I subsequently raised support tickets and provided detailed technical evidence. However, instead of receiving a clear diagnosis and resolution, I received different troubleshooting suggestions and was asked to check settings that were not even present in my account. I understand that technical issues can occur with any hosting provider. What I expect from technical support is proper investigation, ownership of the issue and a clear solution. Unfortunately, my experience has been repeated troubleshooting suggestions without a definitive resolution. The Tawk.to chat redirects customers to tickets, while the ticket support has not provided a clear technical solution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend HostKicker Workplace at present. Their technical support process needs significant improvement, particularly in providing customers with clear, technically verified solutions rather than repeatedly redirecting them between support channels.

I have been a member using vps with HostKicker for almost 5 months and I really love the service. It is up running without any issues so far.

So far I've been with Serverbyt for around 2 weeks and I got nothing except good thing to said about there services and how they are excellent in the ticket system and helping me in general even over the chat. I was a bit skeptical at the beginning but I'm glad I give a try.

Great services at no price, thank you !!!!!
