Hosting Bot, LLCReviews of hostingbot.net

I lost remote access to my server, and their support team was completely unhelpful. Their only response was that the server had power and network connectivity, and they claimed there was nothing more they could do. When I asked for assistance troubleshooting the issue so I could regain access, they refused. To make matters worse, at one point they even provided me with access to the wrong server, which raises serious concerns about their competence and security practices. I have other servers hosted with competing providers that offer significantly better customer support at half the price. Given the high cost and extremely poor support, I cannot recommend this company.

We hosted with them for about three months. During that time, they changed our server IP four times and charged our card $80 for remote hands that we never approved. We also ended up paying another $120 to have the server de-racked, even though we were still within a 3-month contract.

hostingbot llc interfered with our server multiple times to create situations that would require us to pay their remote hands fees. When we caught on to their scam and refused payment they banned our account on their website and refused to ship our servers back to us. Do not deal with!
