I have been using HostForWeb for around 13 years on many different projects both for my clients and myself. They provide fast, reliable service and their support is second to none. Highly recommended.

Hostforweb VPS. Lots of stuff, VPS wise, is down to yourself to figure out! No auto AV, email servers, FTP, log errors, all up to you to raise tickets yourself to get setup / corrected. REALLY could do with a mandatory script for all new VPS etc. completely unmanaged. No guidelines or recommendations for nontechnical people..... but Good Chat support these days, ( very poor in the past ).

It had been 3 yrs since I had purchased my Hosting Plan and it was due for renewal. The agent I spoke to via chat was very helpful going over my options, explaining what the differences in plans included as well as pricing differences based on term of renewal. He was extremely helpful and I was able to identify the right plan for my website and renewed my subscription. The experience was trouble free and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for web hosting services.

I find Host for Web very helpful I like that they have real people assisting you with queries and not a robot. Their sales and support is very helpful always ready to resolve things when you get stuck and also very patient in answering questions that gives you a better understanding of hosting requirements. They have often helped me fix things when things have gone wrong and they sometimes do with tech.

Im a Hostforweb customer since 2003 year....support was always helpful.....have had servers with another company with windows ( HFW not offered windows hosting )....and support was horrible... I passed for a lot of situations ( server migration, problem with hard disk, etc...) and staff support always helped.... If you are looking for shared or dedicated hosting, go with HOSTFOWEB....

HFW has the best tech support hands down. I have been a customer since 2006 and have brought several people over here for a more secure website setting. You guys rock. ../frankm
