Smartbnb is an incredible tool for our Airbnb business! We have multiple Airbnb properties and keeping up with all of the guest messaging was growing quite time consuming. With Smartbnb, we were able to automate at least 90% of our guest communication, respond to bookings immediately and personalize reviews for each guest. We are so thankful for the time we’ve gotten back by using Smartbnb that has allowed us to continue expanding our business.

I like it. Helps me be more efficient. I wish that when I updated my Airbnb listing like the house manual and house rules that it would sync and update my message templates that use that short code in smartbnb but overall I'm pleased.

Worth every penny. Frees up time for me to plan for my business. Does very well with repetitive tasks that nobody likes to do.
