OK, I don’t understand this feedback thing. The process of the order was fine. I didn’t have any problems, but I don’t have any idea what the product itself is if it even works on me I wanted to try it. That’s the feedback I guess.

All information is clear, but nothing ever said about all the other supplements. I'm hoping the Hormify will be as good as advertised.

I requested cancellation of the Wellness Subscription on 6/15/2026!!! I requested the cancellation of the Hormify supplement on 9/1/2026 after finding out the ingredients can stimulate breast cancer cells. I received a confirmation of cancellation with a $5 supply difference charge because of the date I requested the cancellation due to some special offer. On 9/14/2026 I email again regarding a notice I received that I would be charged $19.99 for the Wellness subscription soon. On 9/15/2026 I emailed Hormify why I was being charged when I had requested the cancellation. *I received no response On 9/22/2026 I was charged $19.99. 9/22/2026 - I emailed asking why I was charged because I asked for it to be cancelled. *no response On 10/14/2026 I requested for confirmation of the cancellation because once again I received a notice I'm going to be charged again soon. So just now I get a notice it was finally cancelled! WHY hasn't my initial request been addressed from my first request to cancel the Wellness Program?? I’ve been charged 3 times. It appears to me their business practices are manipulative! I've been ignored to keep charging me after requesting cancellations I'm planning to report this company to the BBB. This is ridiculous! I want my refund for these excess charges from when I initially requested to cancel this subscription. There’s no online account for anyone to log into to make edits, changes, or cancellations of products. When you order the supplement subscription you are also signed up for the Wellness Program if you don’t catch the offer when you sign up for the supplement; which is a separate charge. They aren’t a package and the Wellness Program signup can be overlooked. When subscribing you have to request cancellation of both items separately. They aren’t a joint package. This is manipulation and misleading the consumer.

We’re genuinely sorry for how frustrating this experience has been, especially after you had already requested cancellation of the Wellness Program months earlier. Depending on the type of inquiry, our first response may be automated, so we would not expect a cancellation request to go completely unanswered. However, we understand that receiving an automated acknowledgment is not the same as having the cancellation properly completed or receiving a clear resolution. The Wellness Program and Hormify supplement subscription are separate subscriptions, but if you requested cancellation of the Wellness Program on June 15, that original request and the charges that followed should be reviewed carefully. Please send your June 15 cancellation email, the three $19.99 charges, and any related correspondence to: [email protected] Our team can review the original cancellation request, confirm what happened with the account, and determine whether any of the subsequent charges are eligible for refund. We understand why having to follow up repeatedly would be upsetting, and you deserve a clear explanation of what happened.
Would've rather looked at products before entering my payment, otherwise it was okay. Im hoping for the best with this product.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!This product did not work for me and made me extremely sick. I did a one time purchase and somehow they still did an auto ship every three months. I have emailed the customer service team 3 times now and they still are sending me their garbage and charging my account 114 dollars every 3 months. Think before you purchase unless you want money stolen from your bank account every quarter for product you did not order and check to see if it counter acts with any prescriptions you take. I don't normally leave reviews or bad ones, but seems they don't want to make it right I feel others should be made aware before they order.

Hormify offers both one-time purchases and subscription options. If you selected a one-time purchase but have continued to receive $114 shipments every three months, we want that account history reviewed carefully. You also mentioned contacting us three times. Depending on the type of inquiry, an initial response may be automated, but that should still lead to your request being properly reviewed and resolved. After about a month in a half on Homify, I noticed slight abdominal cramping. Which started to intensify, to the point where we actually have to lay down. Within that time, I did not see any weight changes. Although this product might be efficient for some……. It is a definite no for me.
