We appreciate this so much, Alysia. Simplicity is a priority for us — we’re glad Hormify has been easy and user-friendly for you. Thank you for giving us a try! – The Hormify Team
This company is a scam, plain and simple. They sign you up for a subscription even if you never clearly agreed to one, then charge your card without proper authorization. When you try to cancel, they attempt to extort even more money from you just to stop the charges. They advertise “cancel anytime” on their website, but deliberately hide the fact that there is a cancellation fee. This information is buried deep in the Terms of Service at the bottom of the site, where most people would never reasonably find it. Only after contacting them to cancel do they suddenly point to these hidden terms. This is deceptive, unethical, and predatory business behavior. Avoid this company.

Hi Anne, we’re truly sorry to hear you feel this way. Our Terms of Service do state there is a cancellation fee, and we always aim to be transparent. We never charge without authorization, and all customers receive confirmation emails. That said, your experience matters — our team would be happy to review your account in detail if you’d like to reach out directly. – The Hormify Team
This is a scam company. They don't honor their 30 return policy and they charge you as an automatic shipment customer even though thats not what you signed up for and wont refund the money they steal out of your account and I just found out they were charging me 19.99 for some wellness challenge that I had no idea about and when you try to contact them you get automated responses and nothing resolved. Stay away from this company, other reviews say the same thing

Hi Stephanie, we’re sorry you had a frustrating experience. To clarify, we do not accept returns of opened products, as noted in our Return Policy. However, we offer partial refunds and cancel subscriptions promptly when requested. If something wasn’t clear or you didn’t receive help in time, we’d love to correct that — don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly, and we’ll do our best to make it right. – The Hormify Team
I would give them a 0. They dont mention it is a subscription just one option to purchase then they send you an email saying you have a subscription. Then they say you have to pay extra to.cancel the scription. Its nothing more than a scam

Hi Samuel, thanks for your feedback. We understand that subscriptions can be confusing. We aim to make this clear at checkout and in every confirmation email. Cancellation fees are outlined in our Terms of Service, but we’re always open to discussing individual cases. Please feel free to reach out directly if you’d like to resolve this further. – The Hormify Team
I made a purchase. About 10 minutes later I got a fraudulent notification from my credit card. Hormify immediately attempted 5 additional charges on my credit card of varying amounts within 20 minutes. Even as I was speaking to my credit card rep, they were still trying to get charges to go through. I couldn't stop the initial purchase as it went through and was "pending." I contacted Hormify and requested cancellation and refund less than an hour after purchase. I got a "we understand, so you can renew at 30% off" the next response was "45% off" so I've been sending requests everyday since. I will dispute with my credit card co tomorrow.

Hi Melissa, we're genuinely sorry for this experience. We can confirm that no unauthorized charges are ever made from our end — our billing system processes only confirmed orders. We want to investigate this on your behalf thoroughly. Please email our support team with your order details so we can take immediate action. – The Hormify Team
If i could give this company 0 stars i would, nothing short of a scam. They clam money back guarantee/ great customer service and all they do is scam you and continue to charge you for things that hidden small text fees and lie about anything you can actually see printed on there website, don’t do it cause a subscription surly is not going to save you any money when they keep charging you. SCAM!

Hi Brittany, we truly regret that this was your impression. We work hard to provide full policy transparency and support throughout the process. We never intend to deceive or mislead, and all terms are available during checkout.
