Chy was very pleasant and helpful.

Today I spoke with Celeste who was awesome!! She was knowledgeable about what I needed, courteous and caring. I have spoken with Jesika ( please forgive me if I misspelled her name) who is awesome as well. The customer service branch of this company is amazing. I feel like I am part of a family. If the other sections of the company is like this section, then WOW I know I made the right decision.

I got what I needed in my Inbox from Cheyenne before I even hung up the phone, and with great care and my questions answered. Bravo!

I spoke with Cheyenne (Chy) L today. I feel lost because no one is handling my account and she was very patient and helpful.

Celeste was very good to help with getting the account set up with the National Grid, through difficulties I had with them understanding the difference between a Trust and a Custody Trust management firm. Everything went very well after this clarification!

Chy is always helpful and responsive with my service requests. Also, there is no long wait time getting through to customer service.
