precisa melhorar a conexão ao pc remoto. estou utilizando a versão mais recente baixado no próprio site Version:1.40.4

our firewall blocks Singapore. hoptodesk fails when Singapore is blocked. we do not trust Singapore; we do not trust hoptodesk

Hi, we are an US based company and use servers from well established and trusted data centers all over the world. Depending on your location we connect you to the closest one.
Its unable to be fully installed on windows 7 computers, the password setting feature doesnt update.

Hi, please make sure you are using the 32 bit version.
I have a router on my network and the app doesn't work, it works only if I grant full access to the internet. Can you help me informing the IPs used to connect on the hoptodesk network? Another problem, when I connect to the computer and finish access I can't connect again after sometime, it only works when I restart the service on the destiny computer.
