I feel like the service was overpriced, but aside from that, my plumber wasn't very professional. He talked too much about his personal life, asked me too many questions, and complained about his job.

The actual appearance of the plumbing work was not quite what I expected and secondly, the clean up could have been better.

Jon was an excellent technician who exercised great skill professionalism. I would highly recommend Hope Plumbing.

Other than some scheduling difficulties, no complaints. They were professional and friendly.

Everyone at Hope was extremely helpful and genuinely cared about my project and the outcome. There was a part of the work that I was not satisfied with and they were very responsive and took care of the problem. I will use them again and would have total confidence in recommending them to anyone.

They were kind and helpful, although they didnt fix my problem even after spending $4k for a sewer line like they suggested. Also they did get a snake tool stuck in my drain and only would get it out if I paid. So right now I have a new sewer line except a snake tool is in it, and my basement still floods...

Once the technician arrived at my home everything went smoothly. However, my appointment window was from 12-4, but they called me to tell me that no plumber would be available and asked me to reschedule. Since I could not take off another afternoon from work I had to use their emergency services. They waved the 69$ normal service charge for my trouble, but still charged me the 100$ emergency fee for service outside normal hours. I had an appointment, but they still charged me more for their scheduling issues. Service was good, administration was lacking.
