thought the repair was too expensive

Same day service. Had leak in copper pipe. Fast and knowledgeable. Service tech was great. Only issues were- Didnt turn water off in house which caused the service tech to miss that the valve was faulty. Would have replaced valve but water heater was already installed. Could have cleaned up a little better and left hand print on wall. Will use again. Otherwise 5 stars

Pipes were replaced at my residence due to leakage, well they are still leaking, that should say it all. Should have rated it 1 star but the guy that came out was really nice even thought it didn't get the problem fixed and like I said the pipes are still leaking !!

Service experience was excellent, professional and timely!

Was told $450 to fix everything after their free diagnosis signed off on it. Then it was $940 basically double my quote

We had a major overhaul of all plumbing systems done in our house which took three days. Everyone involved in the process has been amazing, especially Nikki and Josh. Josh came back to finish up and tweak one spot and spent actual time to ensure the system works correctly before he left. The only gripe: During the major systems rebuild, one of the plumbers wandered off the plastic sheeting we laid down for contractors to walk on, leaving some serious mud footprints and also dripped some sort of chemical on the newly refinished wood floors. And it was a really wide swath of plastic we put down so no one would have to be careful as they walked. Overall, that was the only downer to the experience. The rest was really good. We won't hesitate to call Hope Plumbing again in the future. Thanks for the excellent service.

I would recommend this company to anyone. The service was excellent and was explained perfectly. The service person arrived on time and completed the job on time and in a pouring rain!
