This is my fourth rug/runner from Hook and Loom. Love the product. Easy to take care of. Doesn't irritate my baby's skin. Soft and looks great. Already contemplating on buying another one. :)

Fantastic experience purchasing two 8x10 rugs with Hook and Loom Rugs, one wool, the other cotton. Quick delivery and rugs packaged for any kind of shipping or handling damage. Received an email with instructions for unwrapping. Rugs are of outstanding quality and they look great!

Good communication. Great selection of varied rug styles that will suit any home. We love the solid coffee wool rug which we purchased for the back door entry.

My rugs went on a little side trip for a couple weeks. Hook and Loom put a trace on the free-spirited package and it arrived a few days later looking like nothing had happened (whew!). Hook and Loom followed up to make sure I did receive them. I've purchased Hook and Loom rugs before and they really hold up after a lot of washing. I'm happy to have a few more.

Hook and Loom has a wonderful selection of high quality products. There website is easy to navigate and shipping is fast. The items we ordered are beautiful and add so much to our home’s coziness.

I ordered 2 area rugs for our entryway's. They are beautiful! I put them in the dryer for 10 minutes on low to get the wrinkles from shipping out. It worked. They shrunk in the dryer (which I expected). Very happy!

My experience has always been very good, and I am grateful for that! Also it encourages me to keep on buying !
