We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your delivery. We always strive to provide customers with accurate estimated delivery times based on our shipping data, and the vast majority of orders arrive within the expected timeframe. However, occasional delays can occur due to carrier-related issues beyond our control, particularly during peak periods like the recent Christmas and New Year holidays when shipping volumes are significantly higher. We couldn't find any record of you reaching out to our customer service team about this issue. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you. Please contact us at [email protected], and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
