It's been 11 days and no delivery, suspicious

The website is designed really nice, it lures you into purchasing especially when it says honest.....should be more like dishonest. Click on their terms for delivery and it clearly states, 3 to 5 days for delivery, etc. I have been waiting and the company does not have the decency to update me. I have seen this kind of selling tactics, it's normally drop shopping from china. I will have to claim money and speak to my bank because they have not met their delivery times... I do not expect product to come....I have learnt my lesson again....just stick to bigger honest firms with proper address and contact details. UPDATE....I EVENTUALLY GOT THE PRODUCT APPROX A WEEK AFTER POSTING REVIEW. I HAVE CHANGED 1 STAR TO 4 STAR....BECAUSE MY REVIEW WAS INACCURATE....THE PRODUCT IS NOT MADE IN CHINA BUT EU. THEY ARE A GENUINE COMPANY. I HAVE NEARLY FINISHED THE CAPSULES, NO DIFFERENCE YET, BECAUSE PROBABLY NEED MORE THAN A MONTH. THEY GAVE ME A FREEBIE, WHICH WAS A CAKE TYPE PRODUCT THAT TASTED REALLY LOVELY...I WILL BUY AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY

Response from Honest Sea Moss· Nov 15, 2025

Dear Harman, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concern regarding the delivery delay. Our records show your order was placed on November 3rd and dispatched on November 6. The tracking number we provided you clearly states Portugal as the country of origin and with shipments to the UK, you occasionally have delays with customs clearance. This is unfortunately out of our control and our terms clearly state “For European orders, estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates only; actual delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, customs (if applicable), or other factors.” To be clear, today is the 6th business day after dispatch, still within the estimated delivery time. We would like to add that we responded to your inquiry in less than 2 hours to assure you we would look into the status of your package. We always aim to be honest and transparent in our communication and are saddened to hear that this has not been your experience with us thus far. We’d like to assure you that your order is on its way and we hope you enjoy our products! Kind regards, The Honest Sea Moss Team
