Over all great shopping experience and nice product. The application is clear and ez to use. The product itself is great as a gift for my family. Have to say the price is worthwhile. The instructions are OK for me but might not good enough for my grandma.

I found the app difficult to use. If you ask a question through their online chat, which is the only way you can try to get information, it takes 24-48 hours for a response. You’ll never speak to a person. There is no guide book that comes with it, only how to setup. No guide book online. This is a Chinese made product. I would never recommend this. Buy American only!!!!

I absolutely am in love with Homture digital frames! You can send pictures from anywhere, which makes them a great gift! Also, has unlimited cloud storage! I want to get all my friends and family one!
