I placed an order over 6 weeks ago and have absolutely no information on it. They sent me a fed’l express tracking number that is not a real number. They claimed fed’l ex picked it up weeks ago but there is no record of the order with them anywhere. I am now trying to cancel the order and get my money back but, I cannot get a response from them. I think that this is a scam.

Dear customer, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and concern this experience has caused. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide. In some cases, tracking numbers may not become active until the carrier has completed the initial processing and scan. However, we completely understand how concerning it is to see no tracking updates after such a long wait. We'd like to investigate this matter immediately and help resolve it as quickly as possible. Please contact us at our official customer service email with your order number, and our team will review your shipment status. If your order cannot be delivered as expected, we'll work with you on an appropriate solution, including cancellation and a refund if applicable. We truly appreciate your patience and hope for the opportunity to make this right. Best regards, HomeyFad
