They Continue To Charge After I Cancelled Service

I have used Home Title Lock to secure my homes title. I started using another service that covered my home title. As a result, I called in October 2026 and asked Home Title Lock to cancel the service. They agreed to cancel the service. The next month, they charged me again I didn't noticed the charge until December when I was CHARGED AGAIN!!! I called in December and asked to understand why the continued to charge me on an account that was closed two months earlier. They apologized and said they would cancel. It is September of 2026, American Express sold my account to US Bank. Home Title Lock ONCE AGAIN charged my New Credit card in May of 2026. Stay AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
