Your app sucks! Love the feeder but the app that controls it doesn’t work and has numerous updates that may/may not work. Bought a feeder for my son as a gift. He couldn’t create an account in app as we code on unit redirected to a Facebook page instead of allowing you to create an account in app to connect with feeder. No support!

After my two cats Filip and Antoshka using the homerunpet litter box for so many weeks we are really very happy to have it. It's working great. The only thing missing is interior light. ps: Am I going to get a free cat feeder as you promised after review?

Hi Sarjon, thank you so much for sharing your experience🐾💙 We’re so happy to hear the litter box has been working great for your family, and we truly appreciate your suggestion about the interior light — we’ll definitely keep it in mind for future improvements. Regarding the feeder campaign, it required a photo review submitted on our official website, and that event has now ended. But don’t worry — we often hold similar activities, so please stay tuned for the next opportunity. Thank you again for your trust and support! 🙏✨
So far it seems all is great!! We eill see as tome goes on.

Hi Robert, thank you for your review on homerunPET! We will keep working and make our products better.
I’ve been a little reticent to try yet another automated litter box. Tried the Litter Robot and other lesser brands and always been disappointed by the setup and the less than stellar performance. My husband was also dubious. After one of our cats developed diabetes, tracking bathroom habits took on a new meaning. I did my research and lived it was for bigger cats and would track their weight as well. I took a leap of faith and was impressed by the easy setup and the functionality. The cats took a couple of days to venture in but once they did it was a pretty quick adoption. My husband then proclaimed “It seems to be a home run!!” Funny thing is he didn’t even know the name of the brand. The automated litter filler, the waste compartments - everything is meticulously thought out. There are some definite app improvements that could happen, but overall - very pleased. It has been a few weeks now and I don’t know how we ever got along without it. We are seriously considering another one. You won’t be sorry with this purchase.

Hi Anne — what an amazing story to read! 🐾 We’re so glad you took that leap of faith and that both you and your husband are enjoying the "home run" experience. It makes us especially happy to know our litter box has been helpful for tracking your cat’s health, while also making life easier for the whole family. Thank you for trusting us after trying other options — your feedback on the setup, functionality, and thoughtful design truly means a lot. We also appreciate your note on app improvements and will keep working hard to make things even better. Wishing you and your cats many more clean, happy days ahead! 💙
Shipping was fast and instructions were easy to follow. I'm so happy I don't need to scoop anymore! The litter box does not smell and it is super easy to maintain. Its truly a change for our cats also. It's nice to see that our cats always enter into a cleaned litter box with enough space to do their business! I'm truly happy with the choice I made in ordering this litter box. Thank you for the discounts and many reviews that helped me on making my decision!
