John Carlos was wonderful to talk to. What few questions I had, he was super nice and very informative. I will definitely call back.

So far customer service is good. We are just starting our process of looking for the right home. Not really happy with not being able to physically walk through the one we are interested in but the prices are good. Will do another review when and if we purchase through Home Nation.
