Sold my house on first day!

Homelister saved me ton of money and hlgot my house on MLS quickly. All the communication was fast ,reps were really helpful in everyday. Gonna use them again on next house.

Homelister was hands-down the best experience I've had when selling a home. I highly recommend their services.

By using Home Lister we saved $5600 in realtor fees and we negotiated the contract ourselves. We tried to sell it on FB and word of mouth with interest but no contract for 2 weeks, but by listing it on HAR through HomeLister, we got 3 contracts in 3 days, all higher than our asking price, which was also higher than anything had sold for in the community. I would highly recommend Homelister to anyone willing to do a little of the work themselves that has the ability to negotiate without letting emotions get involved.

This was probably the scariest thing I’ve ever done . With my husband sick and the realtor I had giving me an unrealistic estimate on my home, I decided to try selling myself. They answered all my questions , walked us through all the ins and outs of selling, paperwork , timing, and even support when one person wrote things in a contract I definitely did not need to sign. They looked out for us . I’m very grateful . And I’d do it all again.😁
