Homelister was great. Everyone at Homelister that I had contact with very helpful throughout the whole process. With the market being as crazy as it is , we had a contract quickly. I think it’s a really well run company and it makes it easy to sell on your own and pay 1/2 of the normal commission cost by only paying the buyers agent. Photographer did a really nice job with the pictures as well. I would confidently recommend Homelister if you have the time to manage setting up your own showings and answering text messages or phone calls from buyers agents.
