I ordered 4 watercolor canvases for each of my dogs. I had a change to a couple of them and they were so quick to reply and make the updates. I received my canvases very fast and they are absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to working with them again!!

Horrible experience! I submitted my order and approved it. I had a few questions as I was not sure about some of the details. I was answered back very rudely and told to look at my order and not to bother them with such stupid questions. When I got upset with this response and told them there customer service was rude they canceled my order. This was a picture for my dads 80 birthday

Response from Homehaps· Jul 30, 2022
Hi Corey, The events of which you stated are incorrect. We answered every one of your questions and not once did we tell you that you were asking stupid questions. We're not sure where you saw that but we went through every message. We answered your question about the framing and you asked it again. We assumed you missed it, so we politely let you know we sent it above so that you could look for the response. Due to us letting you know we sent a reply to that question, you then responded with threats and told us we had horrible customer service. So to rectify the situation we canceled your order as we sensed you were very upset. We then received horrible messages from you that contained more threats and swearing because this was an 80th birthday gift which we had no knowledge of. We figured you weren't happy, so we canceled your order as any business should when a customer is not happy. We're sorry you felt we were rude but that was not the case.
I've not yet received my portrait but I'm very sure it will be more lovely than the preview! I can't wait to see my portrait. Thank you so much for bringing my beautiful boy to life for me. Audrey Maini
