HomeCity Real EstateReviews of homecity.com

Home City got the results we wanted, very pleased with the service and our agent Sterling Mack provided. Our agent Sterling Mack is a really nice guy, understood our needs and the current market. Agent was quick to have an open house the first weekend on the market and our house sold that same weekend with multi offers...thank you Sterling! We will use Home City again in the future and refer to others. Thank you all.

This website was annoying because you couldn't use it unless you gave them information about yourself. Not good.

Our agent at Home City really listened and understood what we were looking for in our home. We found our "forever home" in just a couple of short weeks. Thank You Home City!

All for me was perfect, Maggie she always respond me fast my cuestions She showed many houses, she helped us at the last moment, were so happy and the family Mayorga is so thankfull!

We purchased our new house, closed on it, then sold our current house. We had a $5K surprise at closing. We originally came to an agreement price on our house and the buyer was good with it. Then the inspection found some issues so we gave them a $5K seller concession. Then later the appraisal came back even lower so we agreed on the appraised value. Now common sense tells you that the selling price was reduced to the new appraised value and that the concession was off the table. It wasn't so we got burned out of $5K at closing and the buyer ended up getting the house for $5K less than our lowered offer. A good realtor would have pointed this out to us but ours said nothing. By having it as a concession, she was able to get her commission on the $5K and we had to pay it at closing. Very shady business and I will never use this reality company again nor will I ever recommend them to any of my friends. We felt like we were totally taken advantage of. Our realtor never even put a sold sign up in front of our house nor did she ever show it once yet she got her commission.

We so totally lucked out. Finding a real estate agent while sitting in California and using the internet can be risky. Jody is wonderful; we couldn't have handpicked a better person. She is efficient, friendly, responsive, reliable, thorough, and so much more. If she didn't have the answer to something, you could be sure she would find out and get back to you. We could count on her to show us only what met our criteria, thereby, not wasting our time and hers. She understood exactly what we were looking for and helped me notice things about each property that I was missing on my own. I cannot begin to give enough praise for Jody. She does a great walkthrough. Besides all of the above, she is FUN!

Thank you HomeCity for introducing such a friendly & patient agent in Joni James to me! Right from the day, I received information from your office until close of escrow, Joni was always there for me. Remember this was a long distance communication from west coast to Texas, but I did not feel I was far away from the action. I was very happy with service provided to me.

Michelle Yarnell was the best . She was on the job the first time we met. She always followed up on email, texts and phone calls. She gave great advise on everything. From mortgage lenders, worked with sellers, inspections. She made the whole buying process a feel like a piece of cake. I told her what I wanted and the time line was right on time. Hats off to Home City @ Michelle.
