I bought this whiskey glass as a Father’s Day gift for my boyfriend, who has never received a Father’s Day gift aside from a card. He absolutely loved it! The glass came out exactly as presented.

I like the product, but in the picture shown it looks like the characters are stand alone, not just a flat surface. Still a really nice product, just wish the description was more accurate.

Initially I ordered this for my son for Father's Day, when it arrived it was broken. I contacted the company and sent them pictures, they turned around and replaced the mug free of charge. Even though it missed the Father's day celebration when it did arrive it worked perfectly.

This company is not worth your money! I ordered a personalized gift as a graduation present and never received it. I received several emails saying to confirm delivery address, which was 100% correct and I still confirmed it. After receiving 4 emails to confirm address, which I did every time, I then received an email stating my product was delivered but I haven't received anything when I arrived home, This was extremely upsetting because not only was the address correct, I never once received a call from delivery but sent pictures but I never got it. Now I am going back and forth trying to get a refund and or replacement but they are making it hard as well, then comes back to tell me delivery confirmed so no refund or replacement, I just lost the gift I wanted for the child and my money. Very poor customer service! Don't buy it

It was my first time shopping in this website and took a long time to the order to arrive. The quality it was not good for what I pay for.
