The item ordered, came as just like I figured it would. It looks great especially along with my challenge coin collection.

Upon receipt of my glasses they were overprinted on returned glasses of someone else. When communicating with Support it seemed a bit off for the response. I was told that they would not refund only replace. The new glasses are enroute as I write this review. I would whole heartedly not order again after my experience. I sent pics and request on 28 July upon receipt. I had ordered July 4 and it was implied in the email I received that refunds were not allowed after 30 days...It took nearly that to receive the glasses after ordering. Not a good experience.

My keychains were so cute. But it took over a month to get them!

I liked that I got to see what the keychain would look like before I ordered it. That made me more eager to buy it. A little slow shipping but with customization I can kind of understand d.

So many people say don’t order anything from Facebook and I did not believe. The item on facebook looks really nice, metal like material with 3D figure, nice details. However the item I received is very cheap plastic material and it’s a piece of thin plastic material with scratchs all over place. I requested to return the item and never get any response
