Hello, I bought hundred dollars worth of dahlias from Holland and is supposed to be multicolors. Six plants came all same colors and they refunded me $16. Wow I will never never order from them again.!!

7 of nine cannas were balls of rotted mush. Half the callas were rotted mush.

Buyers beware, Holland Bulb Farms is a scam. I purchased and then planted multiple items from them, and none of the plants turned out to be what I ordered. Calls and attempts to contact were never returned. I now find they have long history of fraudulent sales.

I purchased 5 curcuma bulbs. All were planted at the same time on the same day the bulbs arrived. Three grew and two did not. When I reached out for replacements, I was told they could only give me store credit. Now, in order to replace, I will have to pay shipping to get my replacements and will have to wait until next year since they are out of stock. Now my garden will have to wait. I chose to buy from here because of the variety. I will not do that again. Off to the big box store to see what I can find.

Very happy with the peony bulbs I ordered last fall. All are doing well, some have even bloomed. One of the bulbs I received was in poor condition and they replaced it. I’d get peonies from them again

Plants suck, never grew. They put off refunding you, blame you for the problem, and then they make it seem like they are being the heroes to give you a partial refund as a coupon. “As a one time courtesy” we will blah blah blah. Terrible company.

Do not purchase anything from this company and expect it to sprout a flower. Their guarantee is bogus. I purchased mixed ranunculus and mixed freesia and planted them diligently according to my region 8 guidelines. The ranunculus sprouted a few leaves but no flowers. The mixed freesia never sprouted at all. I called and chatted with them to explain and they said I should have planted the bulbs as soon as they arrived in late May (although the online directions said to plant the mixed freesia in November and the ranunculus in spring after the last frost- neither of which is late May) I requested a refund and they refused. If I would’ve planted them upon arrival, they would’ve told me they’re not covered because I planted them at the wrong time!! Upon arrival, the supposed bulbs looked like dried up leaves of nothingness and my husband swore they were just garbage randomly thrown in the pack (which I now agree) There were no instructions and I had to go online to get instructions. I personally would never buy a single thing from this site.

Never again. I placed two orders. The first included two Rudbeckia plants. One wasn't even in the plastic bag, just the shipping medium. The second was absolutely pathetic looking. My problem is with quality of their products and their customer service department. It took me 4 days to finally get someone to respond. When I finally did "chat" with someone, I also cancelled my second order. I will purchase from a company I can trust for quality products and a customer service department that is responsive.
