I participated in the holistic detox mini retreat and learned a lot about wellness strategies that I've never heard of before. It opened my eyes to available options that are not in the mainstream. I highly recommend Dr. Beata to anyone looking for holistic and natural healing strategies. She is very knowledgable, relatable and compassionate.

Dr. Beata is a wonderful holistic practitioner! From the first health assessment and evaluation, I knew that she was more than a doctor. I was struggling with back pain, Crohn’s flare up and digestive issues. My GI doctor tried to help but left me hanging with steroids, and side effects, but Dr. Beata gave me more! She gave me her time, support, and lifetime resources to get me back on my feet! Dr. Beata is a wonderful human being that guided me step-by-step to restoring my health! With her support and coaching, I was able to get back on track, develop self discipline, and make diet changes that helped me reach my goal. Now, I can finally focus on my life and family! I am so happy that I found her!

I had the pleasure of experiencing a brief session with Dr. Beata and I have to say it was quite remarkable. Within the few moments of our time together, I felt such pain relief from my fibromyalgia in my lower back that I hadn’t felt without medication. She taught me a few simple techniques that I will be able to incorporate into my daily life to help reduce my discomfort. What a blessing to have had this encounter with her. She truly cares with her heart and is extremely talented, an absolute master in her field of health and wellness. I highly recommend Dr. Beata and I look forward to additional time with her along with joining her upcoming healing retreat to learn more techniques to Incorporate into my life to assist me further on my wellness journey.

Dr. Beata is well-versed in what’s involved in becoming your own best ally when it comes to your health and well-being and she is clearly committed to guiding her patients towards that end. In her practice she weaves together the latest science with well-informed knowledge of what it takes to be a healthy individual beyond just the physical. I am particularly impressed with her emphasis that our emotional health is not just a part of our overall health but essential to it, which has been my experience both as a patient and as a provider. It is rare to find someone in the healthcare field who focuses on the individual’s needs and has built a unique program with plenty of options for those who want to get to the roots of dis-ease and towards more ease in health and in life. I loved her soothing meditation to shift the nervous system which is key to gut health and came away with a new appreciation of what triggered my own health challenges decades ago when I was going through an extremely stressful time in my life. I highly recommend Dr. Beata if you are ready to take important and doable steps towards bettering your health and improving the quality of your life! ~Sharon Buck, Intuitive Sound Alchemist, Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Reiki Master, Licensed Massage Therapist, Seattle, WA area

Dr. Beata was very professional and kind during the consultation we did for my son. She helped with many suggestions and guidance. Having the knowledge she has, she was able to understand what I was going through as a mother with a child who needed a more specialized nutrition plan than others. She was able to see things that could be connections from all around health of my son and helped explain how allergies/sensitivities can create some of the behavioral issues and disorder he has been displaying. I would recommend her to any new mother or those who need the support and guidance through overall holistic approach to nutrition/health of mom and baby/child.
