Too many CONS and not enough pros to order again!

The outside of both bags are nice and they seem to be quality made. However, I paid extra for zippers and when I received the bags, the zippers do NOT zip completely from side to side. There's at least a 2-inch gap on each end of the zipper where it's open. So, if my bag falls over, there's a good chance something will fall out of the bag even if it's zipped completely. Plus, there's about 2-iches of extra zipper hanging on the end that actually could have been attached to give more zipper to close properly. If that makes sense. Another disappointment is the lining of both bags. The lining is a bright YELLOW color that doesn't match either bag and it's actually super ugly. I purchased these bags on 11/23/24 in one order but had to pay for shipping per item. In order to get shipping updates, you have to sign up for an app called "shop." Both items were late for Christmas presents and they did come separately. When I contacted the company about the status of my order it took several days for a response. The company is in China, but you don't know until after you purchase. That's very deceiving! Lastly, from the moment I placed my order this company spammed my email to the extreme. Just to leave this review, I had to sign up for "trustpilot." So much hassle and NOT worth the purchase.
