I honestly didn't know over and above customer service even existed anymore. As a first time purchaser, I ordered the 150mg CBD oil for cats in original. Then I took advantage later that week of a BOGO offer. Three bottles and my cat doesn't like it, no matter how I sneak in various ways in his food. Called Customer Service. She said to keep the opened bottle and will send me free of charge the chicken flavor (here's hoping he likes that). They will then send me a postage paid label to either exchange the two unopened bottles for the chicken, or exchange for the capsules, hard or chewy treats (he's bound to like one of them). They offer a 30 day money back guarantee and have specials, auto ship discounts, etc. I am a forever convert and customer and hoping he'll take one of the options; would help him alot.

My 2 brother pups have been enjoying Holistapet's CBD products and I have been a loyal subscription member for over 3 years now. Tbh, the boys pester me at 7p every day to give them their CBD cookies. Holistapet's staff have always been available, friendly and accommodating and I highly recommend them for their products & service.

The customer service is excellent!

I’ve been using the dog calming treats for years. I’m a very satisfied customer.

I placed an order on a Wednesday. On Friday I received and email with a USPS tracking number. I checked USPS tracking and saw that a label had been created but USPS had not received the package yet. I waited until Monday evening and checked again. Same thing, a label had been created but USPS did not have the package yet. I emailed Holistapet and asked when the package would get to USPS. Tuesday morning I checked USPS again and same thing, a label was created but they did not have the package. I emailed again and called and left a message. So far I have not received a reply to my emails or phone call. I will check USPS again this afternoon and call Holistapet again if I don't get a response before then. Holistapet's shipping is a joke.

GREAT customer service and I have been using their cbd for dogs for years.

Great product, great service!

I had a delivery go missing, and the customer service rep was “Johnny on the spot” getting me a replacement order out at no charge. Top-notch customer service and top-notch company.
