Alternative to all hair clips and bun makers. Sizable for any amount of hair. Use in a rolled up bun or on folded hair with a pin. No more after wearing tangles. Protects hair from harsh surfaces, not a sponge, not teeth to get hair caught in. Smooth high quality flexible strap that button latches for a secure hold. Tutorials on you tube, and pleasant prompt customer service. They even connect if hair is very long and thick, the best part is a slip knot is all it takes to convert to the alternative use as a barrette with any design of a bling that covers it. Use you own design or from choose rhinestone (pearl or clear) that looks like a tennis bracelet, sequin, studded, or a pretty tapestry décor available in 3 colors already

Thank you, for meeting my needs, and for your kindness of sending me a more suitable product with a shiny band. The extra small holdi-lock worked well, and thanks for showing me how to use the scrunchie. I probably can use the small version with the help of a scrunchie too. Blessings!

The process of ordering was prompt and easy. I'm having a tough time using the product. I have very very long thin hair and I feel like it is easily tangled in the bells and whistles of the holdi-lock device. I'll keep trying but feeling really discouraged currently.

Don't be discouraged, It may be an easy fix, with real long thin hair anything can make it tangle, I agree. I see you have one small and one large. The best fit for very long hair is two smalls connected. The large and small can be connected also. Before rolling, give the upper portion of the ponytail a twist or two to keep it from poofing out. Until you are sure of how tight it needs to be, use the twist ties included to see how far apart the two ends are. I like using the ties myself, they work as good as the button, it just need to be folded over, don't twist the twist ties. That way the can be reused over and over. Any stiff plastic coated wire tie that folds works, such as a coffee bean bag tie. The less elastic with fine hair the better. If it feels tangled, lightly shake the unit, often some fine hair does get into the folds of the elastic. Folding hair and pinning is always less hassle. Fold hair going in an under direction starting where it is gathered, and slide a pin with an over lap of both sides, especially with fine hair, thicker hair roll, with less overlap, just straight thru.
