BAD COMPANY!!!
I ordered 2 headlamps for a high profile customer of mine. The carrier they used delivered our product to the wrong address and also left the package in the road where it could easily be stolen. After notifying Hokolite and them having seen the photo proof that the package was not delivered to my customer and was left in the road, they refused to help me out. They did not want to reship the items or give us a refund for the items. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes and they will steal your money.

Hi Miguel, We’re sorry that your delivery experience was not as expected. We understand that receiving a package near a neighboring property rather than directly at your home was frustrating. After reviewing the shipment with the carrier, we also contacted you directly and offered a $30 goodwill voucher. We regret that the delivery did not meet your expectations, and we are continuing to review how delivery-location issues are handled with our shipping partners. If there is anything further we can do, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. We would be happy to assist.
