As far as service is good, waiting and scheduling acceptable, offers are reasonable but needs to compete in pricing. and discount. These areas needs always improvement.

Have always been straight forward and fair.

Called to have 2 tires fixed on a Saturday morning. They said I could leave it and have it the same day. When I arrived they took it in immediately. I was surprised and home in less than an hour. Great service and above my expectations.

I selected Hogan Tire for my new tire purchase and servicing for several reasons. First, they had the tires I wanted in stock and at a great price. Their service advisors were all knowledgeable and friendly. The installation crew did a great job with installation and balancing of the new tires. I liked the support/maintenance/coverage package that came with my tire purchase. That has given me piece of mind while on the road. It's great that Hogan Tire also services more than just tires. They have a location near my home, which is very convenient too.

I'm a mechanic by trade, I tend to do most work on my cars my self when I can, but for tire work, I just don't have the specialized tools needed, so now Hogan tire is my go to place for that work. I've used them many times and I'm very satisfied with the results. it also doesn't hurt that Tom Hogan makes each individual seem special with his personal touch... all in all a great experance.

I have been going to Hogan in Beverly for 10 years now. We have all of our cars serviced there. It has a smaller mom and pop local feel to it. They are fairly reasonable and 20+% cheaper than any dealers. If you sign up for there email list you'll get extra savings as well. I find them very trust worthy as well. They have on countless occasions told me I didn't need several things serviced when I thought I did. That has gained my trust to recommend them countlessly. There was on one occasion they could not fix something that needed to be fix. They told me about it and recommended who could. There again I trust them, for they could have said they fixed something but really didn't. I also love that they are right next to the North Beverly train stop. This allows me to drop my car off before they're open and leave it with them all day to be fixed. Our cars, Honda Accord, Acura Integra, Saab 9-3 Wagon. A very happy customer.
