My 5 Star rating is based on my signup and startup experience alone so far. From my initial outreach asking questions about a scary cPanel migration from another outrageously expensive host, to some issues I had with getting all my email DNS settings dialed in at Cloudflare, Cody in support has been a prince. Quick to respond, courteous as anyone would hope for. My requirements are modest, so I can't speak to the performance or speed aspects of their servers and pipes, however I can say everything is running quickly and smoothly for me. I feel very comfortable recommending HoboHost to anyone looking for an inexpensive hosting solution that's well-supported and works amazingly well too.
