We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our pricing. Our role extends far beyond simply hiring a local cleaning company. Every project involves consultation, project planning, scheduling, coordinating the appropriate crews, ongoing communication, quality oversight, and managing the project from the initial phone call through completion. Our goal is to provide every client with a single point of contact and a professionally managed experience during what is often an overwhelming and emotional time. We're pleased that your project was completed successfully and that the work itself met your expectations. Delivering quality results requires much more than the labor performed on the day of the cleanup—it requires planning, coordination, communication, and accountability from start to finish. We also take great pride in offering exceptional value. In fact, many of our clients tell us that after comparing multiple estimates, our pricing was among the most competitive they received. We work hard to keep our services as affordable as possible without compromising the quality of the work or the support we provide throughout the project. Whenever we're able, we also include additional services at no charge—such as follow-up cleaning, carpet cleaning, donation facilitation, document shredding or hazard removal—helping families has always been more important to us than maximizing a single project. Transparency is also a core part of how we operate. Every client receives an initial estimate before scheduling so they have a realistic expectation of cost. Once our team arrives, we perform a walkthrough and provide a final confirmed price before any work begins. If the scope of work differs from the original description, we discuss it with the client first so there are no surprises and no obligation to proceed. We understand that our pricing or business model may not be the right fit for everyone, and we respect that. Our mission has always been to help individuals and families through some of life's most difficult situations with compassion, professionalism, and respect, and we remain proud of the care our team brings to every project.

Cecilia, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We're really glad to hear you felt supported throughout the process and that our team was able to provide the kind of communication, professionalism, and compassion you were looking for. We're especially happy to know you felt encouraged rather than embarrassed. Creating a respectful, judgment-free experience is something we work hard to provide for every client. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the estimate. We'll certainly keep those comments in mind as we continue looking for ways to improve communication around project pricing and expectations. Thank you for sharing your perspective. We truly appreciate your trust and are grateful for the opportunity to help. We look forward to working with you again should you ever need us in the future.

We're genuinely sorry that your project didn't move forward as planned. That said, we also think it's important to provide context for anyone reading this review. The initial postponement occurred because members of the scheduled crew became unexpectedly ill. We understand that was inconvenient, but we will always choose to reschedule rather than ask sick employees to enter a client's home. We believe that's the responsible decision, even when it's an unpopular and inconvenient one. Unfortunately, the rescheduled appointment also experienced unexpected issues, and for that we take full responsibility and offered a significant discount off the project. However, we don't believe two days of unforeseen staffing problems accurately represent a company that has successfully completed projects for families across the country. Every day, people trust us during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. While no business is immune to unexpected circumstances, we judge ourselves by how we serve hundreds of clients—not by one unfortunate scheduling failure. We respect your right to share your experience, but we also stand behind the integrity of our company, the professionalism of our team, and the standards that have earned the confidence of so many other families.
