Very poor customer service. They are afraid to speak to the customer.
I am the web developer for an association of over 300 HOAs in Arizona. I have been developing HOA websites for over a year using hoa-express. I have found the recent support to be very slow. I receive glib answers which only make the issue worse. I have chosen to no longer utilize their services.
