Henry Logistics picks up and delivers on time, Excellent carrier

This was our first shipment which is understandable for some of the gap in communication.Overall the pick up went smoothly, however there was little to no updated and communication after the shipment was picked up. Our Logistics Manager had to reach out multiple times to retrieve updated and ETA. We look forward to strengthening our partnership and make future shipments more productive.

I have had nothing but an EXCELLENT experience using HNRY Logistics. The quotes have been supplied in a timely manner and have been very competitive with our other TL carriers. The person that I interface with, Nicole Taylor, is excellent at what she does, and is a valuable asset to HNRY Logistics. She is quick with her emails and checks to make sure the shipments are going as planned. I will be using HNRY Logistics again.

Driver was good. Arrived as scheduled. Problem was I had 3 skids at 192 inches so I needed 32 ft truck or more. The box truck he had was only 30 ft.
