I mistakenly shipped to the wrong address. Driver spoke with the consignee, confirmed the new address, and backtracked over an hour to the proper address. HNRY didn't charge much for the reroute but that level of service is priceless. I would 100% use them again.

I was very impressed with the level of attention our request received. From the driver to Customer Service to the manager I worked with (who was on vacation at the time but pinged me from home with the driver's location every 15 minutes), I felt as if I was your most important customer at that time. Your efforts were very much appreciated.

The last load you did for us was the 9th one... as per the other 8... All went off according to plan. Goods were picked up on time and delivered as scheduled.

They are always able to get my loads set up. On the days i am running behind he gives me no grief and has it done fairly quick.
