Customer Service is awful! I never know what rep is assigned to the load, when something goes wrong I get passed around from person to person. Drivers show up and never have any pickup numbers or reference numbers even though when we book a shipment we send a complete BOL.

Needed to move heavy equipment from Georgia to Wisconsin within 3 days. The exceptional part is that this was a last minute call on a Thursday to pick up equipment on Friday and deliver by Tuesday of the upcoming week. The delivery was made on Monday morning. And I still have all of my limbs in tact! Thanks HNRY
