From start to finish nothing but excellent customer service.

You would have gotten a much higher score if I would have gotten the ETA's on each shipment prior to the trucks showing up like I asked for... I wasn't able to plan my resources with the trucks just showing up without me knowing about it before hand.

I have no complaints. Service was great will be using again.

Great team to work with, but lost some important information in communication which caused one of the loads to deliver late.

Communication was a little sketchy at first because of a third party and having to coordinate the pick up after crossing the Mexican border. In the end the shipment was picked up on time and actually delivered ahead of schedule! I was impressed! To my knowledge there was no damage. I worked with Matt Todd throughout the whole sales process. He did a great job guiding me through the process and was easy to work with. Leland Hucke took it from there and followed through with the scheduled pick up. Thank You, Tom Acquilano
